The staff were amazing! Satpal came late to clean our room and made sure we was happy with everything! Ajay couldn’t be more than helpful - he was amazing! Heena was so friendly and accommodating! The restaurant staff was again helpful and made sure we were looked after! In fact I can’t say a bad word about any of the staff - when the staff went past they greeted us. The cleaners, reception staff were brilliant.

Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff up at the kitchen were so helpful. Being served and helped whenever we were was so accomdoating. We booked 4 rooms for our family to stay while we went touring around Amritsar and we were all happy and satisfied with our stay

The overall property is good, clean and the staff is supportive in overall upkeep and handling of queries. I requested special arrangements for my wife’s birthday and they did the same in my room free of charge. Our rooms were cleaned daily by taking our consent for the same proactively.

Very close to the airport and the free airport shuttle was very handy, although it was not there when we arrived and we had to wait a while which was a little confusing. Also it is only once an hour so we had to wait at the airport for our departure longer than necessary. The staff were very polite and attentive and the restaurant food was very good. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Since I checked in to the hotel aftera full day at the airport waiting for my flight which ultimately got cancelled, I was unable to inform the chef of my food allergies. So when I went in for dinner soon after checking in, I found that the majority of dishes were not what I could eat. Immediately, the chef cooked up a wholesome egg bhurji with lots of vegetables and served it to me. I found this so thoughtful. Thank you for the warm gesture 🙏

Airport transfer inclusive and location. Airport shuttle pick up is using a minibus where the bus has Park Inn or Radisson indicated. After arrival, exit and walk straight for about 30m where you can see a lot of cars and walk towards left to the Uber Pick up point and the bus will be there to pick up.

Location was good. Staff was polite and courteous. Good food as well. Room was spacious and the free shuttle service from the airport to hotel was an add on.

The staff was young and eager to help. They were prompt to provide the services. The restaurant staff, the trainee staff was very helpful and catered to our comfort. Food was average. It doesn't reflect Amritsar's culinary expertise. The online booking took me to Parkinn. I wanted Radisson Blu. It broke my streak of staying in Radisson Blu that started with Jodhpur, Udaipur and others!!! But full credit goes to the staff. Laundary service was good and quick. The rooms seem vacant and needs TLC.

Lovely friendly staff who were eager to help out anytime day or night. The room was big and bed was so comfortable. I liked how there is a free shuttle to Golden Temple. The earliest time is 3:45am! A good time to go as it's cooler and not so busy. Also, a shuttle to the airport. Restaurant has delish local food and great masala tea and sweets treats. TINO PAI! 👌🏼👌🏼 🇮🇳 + 🇳🇿 = ❤️
